Rick Evans

Rick is a retired Air Force Lt Col, a retired Southwest Airlines Captain and currently a Southwest Flight instructor and “SAC” T-37 pilot.  He has over 18,000 hours in several aircraft: the Lockheed A/C-130 Gunship, the Boeing-737, the Northrop T-38 Talon and the Cessna T-37 Tweet.  He was an evaluator and instructor in the T-37 and T-38 jet trainers and is still currently instructing and evaluating in the B-737.  His favorite pastime is volunteering to fly one of the only two remaining flying T-37s for Service Air Corps (SAC), to recognize veterans, their families, AND the amazing and venerable T-37 aircraft.
